About Us:

For many years I have noticed a lack of firearms dealers who offer quality firearms for reasonable prices. When I wanted to purchase a firearm, the average dealer had prices so high that I could not afford it. I often wished that someone would offer prices that the average person could afford. After I retired early from my job, I decided to do just that! At Affordable Arms, our goal is to provide quality firearms and training at affordable prices. We are not a large store front dealer, so we don't have to mark up prices to cover a large overhead cost as many dealers do. Our target customers are everyday people who want a good product at an even better price. We have access to just about any brand of firearm or accessary you might want, and will do our best to offer the lowest prices we possibly can. Our firearms training is catored towards basic handgun and concealed carry, while maintaining standards required by both the NRA and the State of North Carolina. NC Concealed Carry classes are available. The cost of these classes are $100.00 per person. Please contact us for scheduling and registration.

For those who have applied for your Concealed Carry Permits through New Hanover County, they are extremely backed up! The current wait time is approximately 4 months. You can always call the Sheriff's Office Civil Desk to check the status of your application, but it will not speed up the process.
